The Swot Shop offers programs for bright and gifted students. Students in Years 1 to 7 and exam preparation programs are offered entry into our ability streamed programs based on their entry test results.
Our 7-day money-back guarantee
We ask families to pay upfront, so we stand behind it. If your child is new to The Swot Shop and their first lesson isn’t right for them, email us within 7 days of that lesson, stop attending, and we’ll refund your money back in full. This applies to first-time enrolments – not to students returning to us or moving to a different program, and not to holiday programs.
After the first 7 days you can still withdraw at any time. Email us and we will refund the unused lessons from the date you tell us, less an administration fee of two lessons per subject. Refunds are not available after week 5 of Term 4, because a place given up at the end of a year cannot be filled.
