What our Year 1 students wrote about The Swot Shop
Earlier this year we asked some of our high achieving Year 1 Springboard students what they love about The Swot Shop. Here you can read some of the things they wrote.
“I love The Swot Shop because I am able to enjoy games that allow me to learn. I find the learning at Swot Shop fun and interesting because when I am feeling challenged, I can work with my teacher and friends to solve it together. When there are challenges, the teachers can help me. Although most challenges are easy, some are hard just like 86765 + 1311126 and 30 to the power of three = 27000!”

“I love Swot Shop because I can work as a team when there is a hard question, so it is solved. I find it hard, so I challenge my brain. I just love The Swot Shop.”

“I love The Swot Shop because I am able to enjoy playing games that also allow me to learn new things. I find the learning at The Swot Shop fun and very interesting. When I am stuck on a subject, I can ask my teacher and we can do it all together. If I need to go to the bathroom Miss Kelly will take me.”

“I love The Swot Shop because after most lessons we get to play some games. The Swot Shop is very interesting and fun. Every mistake proves you are trying, and it doesn’t matter if you get a wrong answer. All the teachers and staff are really nice. The Swot Shop is the best.”

“I love Swot Shop because they play fun games that are fun and let you learn more words and are not hard to understand. The tests are challenging, and the challenge makes it very fun, so we learn more, and understand more.”
