Our teaching team comprises qualified and highly experienced primary and high school teachers who share a passion for teaching and a dedication to student success. Many of our staff have been with the company for 15 years or more, enthused by the opportunity of working in a busy educational service that provides students of exceptional intellect and skill with a unique and impactful educational experience.

Our team is united by a strong belief in the critical importance of education and an ability to thrive at a high pace whilst delivering excellence day in and day out, 7 days a week. Our commitment to always going above and beyond, enables us to fit in with the busy schedules of our students and families and be available when they need us to be available.

Our team of qualified teachers are the heart of the organisation:

  • Qualified and experienced primary and high school teachers, our teachers make learning academically challenging, engaging and fun. Their professional teaching expertise ensures that concepts and skills are taught in a structured way that elevates thinking and understanding and leads to excellent educational outcomes.

  • A passionate and diverse group of education professionals, many of our teachers also work in the primary and secondary school system and in other specialist educational services where they learn to identify the specific needs of students and adjust their teaching approaches accordingly.
  • All teachers have Working with Children Checks and are tested at the beginning of their employment to ensure the Swot Shop programs they teach are optimally suited to their skills and experience.

  • Teachers who work for The Swot Shop are given lesson plans, equipment for use in lessons and administrative support. This enables them to focus solely on the most effective delivery of programs and provide students with a superb learning experience that exercises their higher levels of thinking and encourages them to reach their potential.
